I'm
really good at making them. Here goes.
Soft
boil the egg! Put eggs in a pan of water with a tsp oil and a dash
of salt. Bring to a boil. Let boil on burner for 5 min.
Take off of burner but leave eggs in hot water for another five minutes.
Then cool them by running cold water on them. Peal them.
They should peal easy because of the oil that was added to the water.
They will feel squishy. Set them aside until they are at room
temperature.
Buy
spicy beef sausage in the roll. Let it thaw to room temperature.
Separate the sausage into balls the same size as the eggs you are using.
Mold one sausage roll around one egg. Roll in raw egg and in
crushed crackers. I prefer to use Tollhouse Crackers myself.
Place on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place
sheet of eggs in oven and back for 1/2 hour, or if your oven is hotter
then mine, bake 25 min. and check the sausage. The
sausage should be cooked and the eggs hard boiled.
