Kathleen has fallen in love with sea shanties and sea songs. Since
Lake Michigan is so close to home, she took sailing lesions. She
is currently on volume 9 of a series of fictional books by
Dewey Lambdin.
She curses Tracy for giving James the first book in the series "The Kings
Coat" and is attached to Lambdin's charismatic sailor-rouge character "Alan
Lewrie."
Kathleen strikes again by singing lead on
Willie Taylor,
another tragic story with an upbeat twist.
Though that is her only vocal lead, her harmonies can be heard throughout
this CD, "There Is A Ship." Shy of her normally bright, cheery
sounding voice, she added many low harmonies that blends with the earthy
texture of the traditional songs.Kathleen is now allowed to add "Ethereal
Oooer" to her resume.
